Defective Goods or Incorrect Item

All items must be checked upon receipt of delivery. In the unlikely event an item arrives damaged or we have sent an incorrect item, please get in touch with us within 3 working days at [email protected].

Please note, we are unable to replace or refund items if we are not notified within this timeframe.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

For returns of Defective Goods or Incorrect Items we will offer one of the below options:

• Issue a discount

• Replace the Goods

• Repair the Goods

Please note we do reserve the right to:

• Change our decision based on our inspection of the goods once they have been returned to us.

• Charge full price, should the original item not be returned to us within a set period, or we are unable to collect the item from you after two attempts.

If you change your mind

If you change your mind, you can return your item within 14 business days of it being delivered. We will process the refund within 14 business days once we have received the returned item.
Please note, all returns must be in the original packaging.
Please note, the item must also be in the same condition as it was received.

Please note you will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Additional handling charges may also apply.

Our design-led products do contain variations due to the manufacturing process. These are not faults, but are what make your product unique and differentiates Our products
a) Many of Our products are hand-made or hand-finished. This is how they are intended, and the resultant variable finish is what helps to sell the unique product and set it apart from the mass-produced items to be found elsewhere
b) Hand-blown glass may have bubbles and or slight colour variations. Hand-made ceramics will vary slightly in shape and / or size. Hand-applied ceramic glazes, will have firing marks or glazes bubbles or glaze runs.
